Without doubt, one of the greatest concerns among todays players and
coaches in football is the development of footballers and how to improve Speed
and Power.
No matter what your starting point you can always get faster!
Speed and quickness are skills that can be taught and not just
something you were born with. Our training will help you to become faster. Sprint,
acceleration, braking, change of direction and short contact times on the ground.
Professional training and analysis
To keep the quality of our training at the highest
level you will train in groups no bigger than max 8 players per coach.
We are using the same equipment like Top Europeans clubs:
SpeedCourt and Fitlights. The video analysis is made with
a highspeed camera.

Speed Day: 3.5 hours program. You learn in theory and practice how
to become a faster player
Price: 495 SEK – 20/6 + 15/8
Advanced Speed Day: 3.5 hours program. In the advanced part we focus in
theory and practice how to increase the change of direction speed
Price: 495 SEK – 20/6 + 15/8
Test your limits: 2 hours program. We test your
speed, change of direction speed and agility with our SpeedCourt, Fitlights and
BeamTrainer system.

Football Speed Camp: 2 days full of training and analysis. The change of direction with and without the ball is a
central part of our training.
